Our pasta is made fresh daily with semolina, eggs and water. However we can make any colour pasta upon request, such as Squid ink, spinach, tomato, poppy seed or saffron pasta.

Lasagne Roll – this comes in a roll and can be cut to suit any size dish, it can also be used to make any hand made filled pasta as well as pappardelle.
Napolitana - Italian crushed tomatoes with herbs – nice and simple.
Gabriels Favourite - Creamy tomato, loved by many. Napolitana with a dollop of cream.
Creamy Mushroom - Tomato based sauce with touch of cream and fresh mushrooms.
Bolognese - Best quality beef with our own special touch.
Carbonara - Our creamiest sauce with crispy bacon, all fat cut off then double crisped, onion as well as our own touch of spice, one of our most addictive.
This can be swapped for chicken or mushroom or both added on for little extra.
Marinara - Creamy tomato based sauce, a hint of chilli with mixed seafood.
Pesto - Our own home made sauce with seasonal fresh herbs and cashew nuts.
Oli - Sometimes you just want fresh roast vegetables and purest Australian made Extra Virgin Olive Oil tossed with spaghetti or your choice of pasta.
Old school values with a modern ambiance
Tihana and Denis Simich established Pasta Addiction because they’re passionate about specialising in Fresh Pasta and Sauces made daily.
Fremantle was chosen to set up their café in the middle of The University Of Notre Dame and continues to serve hundreds of pasta addicts each week.
A large variety of pastas are available and sauces are cooked only with Italian tomatoes to ensure authentic napolitana taste. Fresh soups, salads, baguettes are also made daily.
Just as Tihana and Denis are passionate about their pasta, they are also passionate about giving back to their local community. They take part in “Workplace Learning Programme”, where young students from local high school get a change to be trained in Pasta Addiction kitchen and learn all aspects of hospitality. Students then have prospect traineeship with Pasta Addiction and are better equipped for hospitality industry.
